Scholarships and Fundings
The Contemporary Architects Association, while providing alternative education, has inevitably taken steps to address current economic conditions. The association’s Talent Discovery Foundation works to support the talents of the new generation of architects in creating contemporary architectural languages.
scholarship terms and conditions
. Financial resources of the foundation will be allocated for both long-term and short-term courses.
. All scholarships are conditional on continuous progress throughout the defined scholarship period.
. If at any point it is determined that a student has not been truthful in their statements, the issuance of their course completion certificate will be contingent upon full payment of the course fees.
. The maximum scholarship that can be allocated is 70% of the course fee.
Qualifications
. Financial resources of the foundation are allocated based on two criteria: talent and financial need, among applicants, and at the discretion of the collective judgment of the instructors or the academic council.
. A student’s talent is assessed through interviews, portfolio reviews, or questionnaires by the instructors.
. Academic recommendation letters can influence the evaluation by the instructors.
. A personal statement can contribute to a more accurate assessment by the instructors.
. Students residing outside Tehran (including those living throughout Iran and all Persian-speaking countries) and students with specific physical conditions are given priority for scholarship allocation.
The Process
2. Receive a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt of your documents.
3. Evaluation of the submitted documents.
4. Interview with instructors.
5.Scholarship allocation based on the collective decision of the instructors or the academic council.
6 .Notification of the result sent to students’ emails.
